Mark Baker Obituary

Baker, Dr. Mark A. of Bridgeton, Missouri, passed Tuesday, April 24, 2018 at the age of 57. Loving husband of 28 years to Kathy Baker; beloved son of the late Blaine and Janet Baker; devoted father of Jason Baker, Kyle Baker, and Jennifer Baker (fiancé Connor Cook); and dearest brother of Dennis (Susan) Baker and Michael (Valerie) Baker. Mark dedicated more than 32 years as a Doctor of Chiropractic, and was owner of Baker Chiropractic. He was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew him. Memorials may be made to a local church of the Donor's choice. Services: Baue Funeral Home, 3950 W. Clay St., St. Charles, MO. Visitation - Saturday, April 28th from 4 to 8 p.m. Funeral Service - Sunday, April 29th at 3 p.m. at New Life Pentecostal, 11570 Mark Twain Ln., Bridgeton. Interment St. Charles Memorial Gardens, Monday, April 30th at 10 a.m.

My mentor. I have been "The Colon Lady" thanks to his expert training. He introduced me to Arise and Shine, opened my eyes to a lot of things. I continue to refer clients to Baker Chiropractic. His love of his family and the stories he has shared. Im heartbroken such a talent has been chosen home so soon. Hugs to his family. Glad to hear Jason will be following in his fathers footsteps. Ill never forget you.

I learned so much about taking care of myself from Dr. Mark and others at his Business.
Always gentile reminders to do this or that to increase Health, Create Wellness Habits, and feel better.
These help, when I practice them.

Prayers and Mercy for us and the Whole World

Am sure he can now see the Photos of Yellowstone National Park I wanted to show him.
He wanted us to visit some places and people he knew there, we forgot to write them down.
God led us to much Beauty the wind on the Lake at Sunrise or Sunset that blew our Fishing lines so hard they ended up back on the Beach.

Deepest Sympathies to Mark's family. I remember Mark and his brothers as little kids when my dad (Earl Watkins) worked for their dad at Baker's Lawn Ornaments. I remember fun times at Christmas parties at their home. They were always so kind and gracious. Mark, along with his parents, are greatly missed.

My heart feels heavy today as I learned of Mark's passing. 28 years ago I began seeing him receiving chiro and colonic therapy. I received so much more than what I made the appointment for, e.g. dietary guidance, emotional guidance, kindness, etc. Occasionally when he was unavailable I had the kindness of his wife Kathy. I felt his dedication to his work, family, friends and his faith. Please know Mark lives on in my heart and made such a difference in how I live my life.
