Appelbaum, Martin L.
67, of St. Louis, Missouri, passed away on January 27, 2024. He was born on July 13, 1956, in St. Louis, Missouri. Marty will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and all who knew him.
Marty is survived by his mother, Elizabeth Appelbaum (Gerald Meier), his five siblings: Karen (Scott) Seaborn, Glenn (Karen) Appelbaum, Jr., Mary (Jeff) Hamilton, John (Carol) Appelbaum, Teri Appelbaum (Paul Viano); twenty-two nieces and nephews, dozens of great-nieces and great-nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins. His father, Glenn Appelbaum, Sr., predeceased him.
Services: The funeral Mass will take place on Monday, February 5, 11:00 a.m. at the Church of the Magdalen in St. Louis, MO. Visitation will be held Sunday, February 4, 4:00 – 7:00 p.m. at Kutis Funeral Home, 10151 Gravois Road, Affton, and Monday, February 5, 10:00 - 11:00 a.m. at Church of the Magdalen (St. Mary Magdalen Catholic Church), 4924 Bancroft Ave., St. Louis, MO. Mass will follow at 11:00 a.m. In memory of Marty, contributions can be made to Catholic Charities or St. Patrick's Center, both located in St. Louis, MO.
