Sister Mary Charity was one of my dearest friends. She influenced me greatly and was exemplary in her life and vocation. She leaves a void which can never be filled. Even though I am sad, I am happy because I know she is happy with her God, family and dear ones.

Sister Mary Charity was a great friend to me and a real inspiration. I have many, many memories of her through the years. It was because of her that I went into the field of social work. She was also an inspiration while I was in the convent. I will miss her very much.

I will never forget Sr. Charity. She was my shorthand teacher at Mercy High School. Not only was she a great teacher, but an excellent mentor. May she rest in peace.
