I've only just now been informed of your passing this day, the 4th of January, 2017. To all the memories I hold of times passed with you I'll continue to cherish. Eccentric and god fearing, you will remain a close memory. My condolences to your widow-if not remarried-and extant family and friends. I loved you. You had a fine work ethic, and you helped me endure through tribulations as well as business affairs. A fine carpenter you were, and how privileged I was to have been your apprentice for an ever so short period of time. Goodnight, eternal, goodnight.
