My sympathies are with you all. I'll miss Nada. She taught me how to teach science writing, but more importantly the responsibility of a teacher to challenge students to be moral persons.

I am very sorry to hear of Nada's passing. She was a warm, thoughtful, generous, and cultured person. I have very fond memories of going with her to the Rachmaninoff vespers at UIUC, and of the beautiful lunar eclipse we saw en route. Heartfelt sympathies to her loved ones during this time of loss. May her memory be eternal.

So sorry to learn of the Passing of Dr. Nada Chang. She was an wonderful academic advisor to me in the Honor's program at U.I.S. I will forever cherish her lessons in scanning electron microscopy and the hours we spent working together with S.E.M. Sputter coating in gold was a unique experience with Nada providing the direction! She was a wonderful teacher and a fine example. She will be remembered fondly and with deep admiration always.

I am very sorry to learn about Nada's passing. She was an exemplary faculty member -- she was extremely concerned about her students, interested in research, and supportive of her colleagues. I enjoyed all my interactions with her.
