I will always remember him calling me with congratulations after I hit 2 free throws to steal a victory from his team in the 5th grade OAA league. I remember my Dad saying on numerous occasions, "Ned is a class guy". So true and I am happy to have known him.

I know your smile has left you for now. It is out there somewhere, hopefully soon it finds its way back.

I deeply regret I will not be able to deliver my condolences in person as I'm leaving the country tomorrow for a trip overseas so I just want to extend my sympathies and condolences to Ned's family here.
I had the privilege of knowing and working with Ned for the last 20 years. What a fine example of a dedicated lawyer and a true professional, a gentleman and friend. I will miss him greatly as I know so many will. The law firm is the poorer for losing him.

Again my deepest sympathies for your loss. Please know you are in my and my families thoughts and prayers.

Our sympathy Sally and Family.

Ned was my Legal Counsel at Cerro Flow Products LLC for years as well as a Labor Relations Mentor to me. His personality, ability, patience, understanding, dealing with people and his knowledge of Labor Law made him respected, listened to, and trusted by both Management and Labor representatives alike.

May His Memory Be a Blessing to all and May He Rest in Peace.

Just had to send a memory. I was in 6th grade with Ned at Hawthorne in U. City in late 40's, ages ago. Always remembered his name.
Condolences to his family.
