Tomaras, Peter L. on Tuesday, July 8, 2014. Beloved husband for 52 years of Chrysoula Katsoulis Tomaras; loving father and father-in-law of Christopher P. Tomaras (Terry) of North Carolina and Constance M. Fletcher (Frank) of North Carolina; dear grandfather of five; great grandfather of two; the youngest of five siblings; a Godfather; uncle; great-uncle; cousin and friend to many. Mr. Tomaras was a forty year career merchandising manager in the food industry, past President of St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox Church Parish Council and an officer in AHEPA, Chapter 53 and founding member of the Hellenic Spirit Foundation. Mr. Tomaras was an excellent golfer and established the National AHEPA Golf Tournament. Services: A Service will be conducted at St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox Church, 4967 Forest Park Blvd., St. Louis on Friday on July 11, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. The family will receive friends at the church, prior to the funeral, from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Interment St. Matthew Cemetery.
