My sincere condolences to the family and friends of Randy.
I golfed with Randy occasionally which is how I got to know him. Otherwise, when I worked at Ameren we hired Design Nine to do several projects for us.
I was shocked and saddened to learn of Randy's passing. Randy will be in my thoughts and prayers, and he will be sadly missed. Randy was such a nice guy and always a joy to be around and play golf with.

I met Randy thru work at ZH 30 years ago, and consider myself very fortunate to have a great friendship for so many years. He was an absolute gentlemen, with a great sense of humor. A very selfless guy, always helpful and very nice to my family and friends.

My deepest sympathies to the Dreiling family. Randy was a well-respected member of the engineering community who lost a great mentor, colleague, engineer, and friend. During his professional career, he volunteered and supported many professional associations, including the American Railway Engineering Association, Missouri Society of Professional Engineers, and the Engineers' Club of St. Louis, where he served as President. In recognition of his contributions to the profession, leadership, and involvement with his alma mater, Randy was inducted to Missouri S&T Academy of Civil Engineers. We will all miss his presence marked by remarkable kindness.

I knew Randy through the Engineers' Club Bowling League. He was a selfless man and was the example of a gentleman. He gave me guidance and direction which helped me in my career. Looking on the positive side, he would say to me 'time to shine' when it was my turn to bowl. I will remember that.

Randy was the gentlest of souls, but that didn't hide his quick wit. Randy and I had a few classes together at Bishop DuBourg and he was a quite kind of guy, at least to me. He frequently had attended several of our driveway beers and always brought cookies, although he never imbibed. I will miss Randy and seeing him in a golf shirt and not a hair out of place. Always a hug and a smile. Rest In Peace, my friend. You will be missed.
