Curtis and I have been Trinity choir members for 48 years. The highlight of every Christmas and Easter service was hearing his beautiful solos. I always had tears in my eyes by the end. What a blessing it has been to be part of his life. He will be missed and remembered.

Curtis was one of my best friends from the early 90s until his death. We sang together for many years ay Trinity Lutheran Church in Kirkwood. We were also fellow members of the Sons of the American Revolution. I
have never known a finer man.or a better friend.

Curtis was so much fun on the golf course. Always a story or a joke. At our annual year end golf luncheons, it was hard to keep the number of trivia questions not to be linked to him in some way since he was such a character. He will certainly be missed since don’t think golf will be as much fun any more! Lots of stories connected with the following:
- Gold Vice ball
- Red tee box
- Birdie belly bump
- Talk or play golf?
- I’m a Marshall!
- The “Curtis Cup”
- Sphincter
- Why I like a pick-up truck
He was loved! May God bless his Lutheran soul!
