I worked for Rich at ProCon. I will be forever grateful that I answered Rich’s newspaper ad and that he hired me. He was a good boss and friend. After he retired, he would always send me a birthday card every year and call me to plan on taking me out for lunch. On those lunch dates, we would catch up on our children and grandchildren. He was so proud of his family and adored and loved Carole so much. I got to know Carole when she stopped by the office and also when we went to Jefferson City for the company Christmas parties. She was a sweet and lovely lady.
I am so sorry Laura, Brian and Brad, you are all so young to have lost both your parents. You have my deepest sympathy and know how much your dad loved you and how very proud he was of each one of you and your children.

Dear Brian, Brad, and Laura,
We were so very sorry to learn of Rich’s death. We were neighbors in West Glen Woods when our children all attended Holy Infant School. Up until his death, we
saw Rich frequently at mass and always enjoyed our conversations. Rich was a wonderful soccer coach for our son, Tracy, all through grade school. He had a great sense of humor and we enjoyed many laughs together. We will keep you all in our prayers.

God bless you and your family. Rich was my favorite soccer coach from K-12. He always made it fun and we were so competitive and good. Prayers for you and your family.

Saddened to hear about Rich. He was a schoolmate, teammate and fellow veteran. His mom's blueberry muffins were too good to forget. Always enjoyed talking with his dad. Just nice people, like Rich. My prayers are with his family.

My deepest sympathy to the Hansmann family. I was a co-worker with Rich in the Risk Management Department at Ralston Purina. Our group shared a wonderful comraderie, and Rich’s quick wit and storytelling finesse added to the many treasured memories I have of those years. His love for his family was so very evident. May you have peace and comfort during this difficult time. R.I. P. Rich.

Dear Hansmann family,
So truly saddened to hear about my beloved cousin, Rich’s sudden passing. His candid wit and Hansmann laugh will not be forgotten. Rich was a family first person and I will always cherish the happy times we shared on Seminole Lane and many other family gatherings.
Our deepest sympathy to your family during this difficult time.

Dear Hansmann Family,
I was so incredibly saddened to hear about the passing of Mr. Hansmann. He was such a special part of my childhood, and I'll always remember him fondly.
I'll never forget the times he drove me to soccer practice. Our conversations in the car were always so entertaining, and he had a way of making even a simple drive feel like an adventure. But what I cherished most were the family dinners at your house. Both Mr. and Mrs. Hansmann always made me feel like one of their own kids, and those memories of warmth and belonging mean so much to me.
Sending all my love and blessings to your family during this difficult time.
With deepest sympathy,
Randy Garza
