Richard was a friend and participant in my family's life events. He was always thoughtful and kind. We enjoyed seeing him when we came to St Louis. We never felt that he was just a salesman. He has seen my children grow up and was always thoughtful about remembering them especially my youngest daughter. We will all miss him very much!

We have been customers and friends with Rich for more than 20 years. He "participated" in commemorating many milestones in our lives - our engagement, wedding, anniversaries, retirements, and birthdays. Each time Rich said or did something special that made the occasion even more memorable. He left us with many wonderful memories that we will remember always. Thank you Rich.

Dick was a great guy when I knew him almost fifty years ago. We first met in the early 1960's at the city of Crestwood's summer recreation program at the four Lindbergh grade schools in the area. I remember telling my mom about some of the kids I met at the playground and mentioned Dick an Val. It turned out she was friends with their mom from playing bridge (the spy network of the stay at home moms back then). Dick was little older than me- maybe 7 or 8 and always came to the "Playground" at Watson School with his sister Val, who in the eyes of one 5yr old was absolutely gorgeous. Both were very funny and very popular with all the kids- in fact I believe Val may have been the lead in the end of summer play on Famous Barr's parking lot. Then, Dick & Val were at St. Elizabeth' s when I started grade school and it was always nice to see a friendly face when you were the littlest kids in the place. When St. Justin's opened I met Mark thru friends in his class and he seemed to be just like his older siblings. I lost track of Dick in high school but I've no doubt he grew to be a great person. My sincere condolences on your loss.
