73, of pancreatic cancer on October 8, 2022.

Beloved son of the late Robert J. and Mary Agnes (Barry) Burke; dear brother of Jeanne Burke O'Fallon (Dennis M.), Barry J. Burke, and the late Mary Ann Burke Smith (the late John J.); dear uncle of Erin Smith Stika (Paul T. ), Dennis M. Jr., and Joseph Barry O'Fallon; great-uncle of Ryan and Gabriel Stika, and Wallace and Roslyn O'Fallon. Dear cousin, loyal friend, and inspiring and cherished teacher of many, especially at St. John the Baptist High School.

Expressions of sympathy may be made to SLUH.org or Saint Louis University, [email protected] or any charity that honors Bob's many interests.

Services: Visitation at St. Gabriel the Archangel Catholic Church, 6303 Nottingham Ave. 63109 on Friday, October 21 from 9:30 a.m. until Mass at 11:00 a.m. Burial following at Calvary Cemetery. Family served by Hoffmeister Colonial Mortuary.

Oh the loss of a treasure, He was one of the great building blocks of my life. In the school year of 83-84. I was in his reading class. By the end of the yr I was up four levels. He opened the world of adventure to me. May rest and peace in the Lord be with him all eternity.
