Beloved husband of Fanny Katz; dear father of Robert Weber, Jay (Sheri) Weber of Mobile, AL., and Riv (Alan) Goldman of Philadelphia, PA.; loving grandfather of Brooke and Adam Weber, Emily and Michael Goldman; beloved brother of Allen (Miriam) Katz of Walnut Creek, CA., and the late Adolph Katz; our dear uncle, cousin and friend.
Mr. Katz was an investment broker with A.G. Edwards for 43 years and served in the Seabees in the Pacific during World War II.Services: Graveside service Sunday, Nov. 5, 3 p.m. at United Hebrew Cemetery, 7855 Canton Ave. Contributions in his memory may be made to the Hospice Patient Fund, BJC Hospice, P.O. Box 504043, St. Louis, MO. 63150. A RINDSKOPF-ROTH SERVICE

Hi Fanny!
Roger Katz was the kindest guy I have ever met. I do not use these words lightly. I had a crisis 16 years ago and Roger sent me cards in the hospital for each of thirty days. I won't forget that. My very deepest sympathy to you and your family. Love. Wayne

Dear Fanny, i can not begin to tell you how sad it was to hear of Roger's passing. I feel fortunate that I was able to at least say hello to him last week, he was as affable as ever and that is the way i will always remember him
