Russell Wall Obituary
June 27, 1943 - January 6, 2026
Russ Wall, of St. Louis, passed away January 6, 2026, after a courageous battle with Alzheimer's. Born in St. Louis, he served 20 years in the U.S. Air Force as a musician and air traffic controller, earning top honors before retiring at Scott Air Force Base. Russ was known for his humor, love of golf, and devotion to family. He is survived by his wife of 61 years, June; daughters Tina Hrevus (Mike) and Sarah Roberts; four grandchildren; one great-grandson; and three siblings.
Services with military honors will be Thursday, Jan. 15, at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery followed by a celebration of life. Donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association via Team Wall-kers at act.alz.org/goto/thewall-kers or to the American Diabetes Association.
