Dr. Lugo was always there to make you smile! Seeing him come into the Doctors Lounge at St. Anthony's was a treat in itself! He was a character, but a wonderful doctor and a very sweet and caring person. My condolences to his family and friends.
Rest in Peace, Dr. Sam....you've earned it!
