Comrade: You were one of the first people I met in the STL Goth community. You befriended me, despite not knowing me. I remember hearing you play "Cuts You Up" at the coffee house. It was the first time I had heard that sound in over a decade. I nearly cried. Forgive me Brother, for losing touch. Be at peace. - Shade (Denver)

You were one of the greatest friends I could ever ask for. I wish I could have gotten to see you and say goodbye one last time. My heart hurts knowing you're gone, but at the same time it's hurting that much less knowing that you're not in pain anymore. I wished so many times that I could just take the pain away from you, so that you could go through each day not having to endure it. I love you Laz, and I always will.

What can I say, man? You are like a brother to me. Even though you had moments of doubt, you were always great in my mind. Your body was tired, but your heart was bigger than any of it. Now, you don't have to live in those bounds any more. Hope you've got a great gig wherever you are. You'll always be there with me in the DJ booth.
