Suzan Buchaklian Obituary
EAST TROY - Suzan S. Buchaklian (nee: Cabayan), 77, formerly of Racine, passed away on Wednesday, September 3, 2025 at Northwestern Memorial Hospital, Chicago.
She is survived by her husband of 54 years, George Buchaklian; her children, Chad (Celeste) Buchaklian, Talene (Michael) Schierl, and Adam (Ann) Buchaklian; her grandchildren, Ani and Milena Buchaklian, Noah, Gabriella and Greta Schierl and Jack Buchaklian; and her brother, Vatche (Katia) Cabayan and their children, Natalie and Tamar; and her brother, Hriar Cabayan.
Funeral Services for Suzan will be held on Saturday, September 13, 2025 at 10 a.m. at St. Mesrob Armenian Apostolic Church, 4605 Erie Street, Racine, WI 53402. Interment will follow in Graceland Cemetery, Racine. A visitation will be held on Friday, September 12, 2025 from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Purath-Strand Funeral Home. Memorials to Children's Wisconsin Foundation, CCC Suite 220, PO Box 1997, Milwaukee, WI 53201-1997 have been suggested.
