The family of Lillian (Thieme) Johnson sends our most sincere sympathy to all the Wicker family. Knowing Ted has been a privilege since we moved in next door on Trelane, 50 years ago.

I have known Ted since I was a little brat to my oldest brother Roy and his friends. Ted was always so kind to me. Then we all grew up, and he was still such a great guy. We loved seeing him at the Moriarity gatherings. His wonderful smile and the old stories he and my brothers Roy and Bub would tell were priceless. They would have us laughing for hours. Deepest sympathy to the entire family. I was so blessed to have known him. Jeanie (Moriarity) and Kenny Bosslet.

As a retired St. Louis County Police Captain, and at the time Commander of Criminal Intelligence, I worked closely with Ted. He was a true professional, energetic, and an extremely capable investigator. His career made a difference for the public safety of our community, and it was a pleasure to have been associated with him.
