Donna and I worked with Travis at the Columbia Social Security Hearings office. I also had the privilege of knowing Travis and Ashley when they worked at the Missouri Department of Social Services. Travis and Ashley were a great couple. Travis was just a great guy. He was smart it is true. But even more, Donna and I always found him a kind, caring individual. We will miss him. It was a privilege to know him. Words are not adequate to express our sorrow at his family's lost. We feel special sorrow for Ashley and Hazel. We hope you can find peace and comfort in the days ahead by remembering the good days. Ashley and Hazel will be on our minds, in our hearts and in our prayers.

Ashley, I offer my deepest condolences for your loss. I would like you to know that (every time) in the times I spent with you both, Travis always offered his gratitude for my small part in capturing some of the special moments of your wedding day. I believe that his appreciation was a reflection of the type of person he was and how important you were to him. I hope those fond memories provide consolation to all affected by this loss. You, Hazel, and his family are in my thoughts.

Travis - the one year we had at Father Sweeney School together (96-97) was memorable - from Immersion to events in the Great Hall to basketball season, you led by example through your work ethic. You always dropped in with something hilarious to say and your kindness radiated through the halls of the old school. The Sweeney class of 1997 will forever keep you in our collective memory. May you find Eternal rest in the hands of our loving Savior.
