Dr. Earl Andrews Neal

Dr. Earl Andrews Neal, born April 20, 1944, passed away peacefully on September 29, 2025, at the age of 81. A dedicated physician for over 40 years, Earl served his community with compassion and care through his work with Kaiser Permanente and later with Sutter Health. Earl was preceded in death by his parents, Earl and Theodosia Neal; his sister, Theo Neal; and his beloved wife, Sandie Neal. He is lovingly remembered by his children, Jennifer McGranahan (Chris), Scott McCall, and Jeffrey Neal (Heather); his nephew, David Neal; his grandchildren, Megan, Haley, Alex, Payton, Regan, Kieran, Drew, Joshua, and Ryan; and his great-grandchildren, PJ and Owen. Earl will be remembered for his unwavering dedication to his patients, his deep love for his family, and his kind and steady presence in the lives of all who knew him. He will be greatly missed.
