Nacio el 3 de Agosto del 1945 en Durango Mexico. llevo uña vida llena de amor, fe, y felizdad. Jose tve un carpintero que oo dedico 28 años a su oticIo. En 2015, comenzo una nueva etapa Junto a su familia, trabajando una lonchera de gorditas en Stockton, CA. Con su esposa e hijo a su lado, Jose survio con orgullo gorditas caseras el deliciosas, ofreciendo mucho mas que comida: el ofrecio mucha generosidad y amistad con la gente a su alrededor. Le sobreviven su amada esposa, Maria de hos Angeles Soria, con quien compartio 30 años de feliz matrimonio desde 1995. Tambien le sobreviven su quendo hijo, Angel Guadalupe, y sus dos nietos, Luaano Guadalupe Camila Flor, quienes cariñosamente lo llamaban " Papa venom! Jose venia de una familla numerosa, siendo uno de 15 hermanos y hermanas que compartieron un nogar y niñez lleno de amor y fortaleza. de Dlos en su vida diaria. Amaba la naturaleza, los caballos y especialmente la musica mexicana, que llenaba los momentos compartidos con su familia. Era mas eliz cuando estaba rodeado de sus seres queridos - especialmente sus nietos. su favorito pasa tiempo era sacarlos afuera para que ellos jugaran con la pelota o a las bicicletas o a las carreras. Sus nietos le traian mucha alegria y amor a su vida- El legado de Sose es uno de amor, trabajo auro, humildad y Familia. Sera pro-undamente extrañado por todos los que lo conocieron y recardado por la vida que vivio al servicio de los demas y por el corazon que puso en todo lo que hizo. Jose Manuel Ibanez Carrera, beloved husband, father, grandfather, and hardworking family man, passed away on May 30, 2025, at the age of 59. He was born on August 3, 1945, in Durango, Mexico. He lived a life full of love, faith, and happiness. Jose was a carpenter who dedicated 28 years to his trade. In 2015, he began a new chapter with his family, running a gordita food truck in Stockton, CA. With his wife and son by his side, Jose proudly served delicious homemade gorditas, offering much more than food - he gave generously and made lasting friendships with those around him. He is survived by his beloved wife, Maria de los Angeles Soria, with whom he shared 30 years of joyful marriage since 1995. He is also survived by his beloved son, Angel Guadalupe, and his two grandchildren, Luano Guadalupe and Camila Flor, who affectionately called him "Papa Venom." Jose came from a large family, being one of 15 brothers and sisters who shared a home and childhood filled with love and strength. He lived his daily life with God in his heart. He loved nature, horses, and especially Mexican music, which filled the moments he shared with his family. He was happiest when surrounded by his loved ones - especially his grandchildren. His favorite pastime was taking them outside to play with a ball, ride bikes, or race. His grandchildren brought him great joy and love. Jose's legacy is one of love, hard work, humility, and family. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him and remembered for a life lived in service to others and for the heart he put into everything he did.
