Kenneth Winklepleck Obituary
Sturgis - Kenneth Winklepleck, age 69, of Sturgis, MI passed away Tuesday, July 13, 2021 at the Fairview Nursing and Rehab Community in Centreville, MI.
He was born Nov. 2, 1951 a son to the late Kenneth M. and Eva D. (Randall) Winklepleck.
Ken had worked in construction most of his life until his health forced him to retire. He enjoyed his family more than anything in the world especially if it had to do with cooking..
Surviving are his wife: Karen Winklepleck; a step-son: Kent (Courtney) Schmucker; a step-daughter: Tammy Scarberry; grandchildren: Kayla, Kryssalyn, and Cloey Schmucker, Ashlie Weller; many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, 2 brothers: Phillip and Michael, 1 sister: Nancy (Winklepleck) Lounsberry.
According to his wishes, cremation has taken place. The family will receive friends and relatives from 1:00 – 2:00 P.M., Saturday, July 17, 2021 at the Rosenberg Chapel of Hackman Family Funeral Homes, 807 E. Chicago Rd., Sturgis, MI 49091.
A Memorial Service celebrating the life of Kenneth Winklepleck will be held at 2:00 P.M., Saturday, immediately following visitation at the funeral home with Pastor Rod Detweiler, officiating.
