Thomas Pettinelli Obituary

Thomas Pettinelli, a beloved husband, father, and friend, passed away peacefully on April 19, 2024, surrounded by his loved ones. He was 70.

Born and raised in Bridgeport, Conn., Thomas was a man of many talents and passions. He touched the lives of many with his unwavering kindness, infectious laughter, and dedication to serving others.

One of his greatest joys in life was cooking for the Knights of Columbus. Thomas found fulfillment in preparing meals that brought people together, whether it was for a charitable event or a community gathering. His culinary skills and generous spirit made him a beloved figure among his fellow Knights and the community at large.

In addition to his love for cooking, Thomas found solace and peace in casting his line. He particularly loved visiting Rockport, Texas, where he would spend hours on the water, enjoying the beauty of the Gulf Coast.

Beyond his love for the water, Thomas cherished moments spent with his beloved wife, Donna Pettinelli, and his daughter, Gina Pettinelli, creating cherished memories that will be treasured forever. His presence illuminated every room he entered, and his laughter filled the hearts of those around him.

Thomas' spirit will live on in the ocean, where he found solace and joy throughout his life. Though he may no longer walk among us, his love for the water will forever be a part of the vast expanse he cherished.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Coastal Conservation Association (CCA) of Texas, in honor of Thomas Anthony Pettinelli's memory.
