Richard DiSciscio Obituary

Richard "Ricky" DiSciscio, 66, passed away on June 2, 2025, in Lawrence, Massachusetts. Born on March 21, 1959, in Boston, Massachusetts, he was a cherished member of the DiSciscio family.
Ricky spent his career as a truck driver and mechanic, a profession that stemmed from his lifelong fascination with automobiles and machinery. His expertise and dedication to his craft were well respected in the community and brought him much personal fulfillment.
He was a beloved father, grandfather, brother, and friend. Ricky is survived by his sons, Ricky DiSciscio and Jonathan DiSciscio; stepson, Nicholas Hyde; grandchildren, Jonathan Antonio DiSciscio, Cory James DiSciscio, and Taylen Jae DiSciscio; his ex-wife, Sue Hyde; siblings, Lucille Nastari, Rosemarie DiSciscio, Rocco DiSciscio and his wife, Kathleen, and Charles DiScisco; along with many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents, Anthony and Rose (Interbartolo) DiSciscio; siblings, Elaine DiSciscio, Annette DiSciscio, and Anthony DiSciscio; and his son, Cory DiSciscio.
A memorial service will be held at Boston Cremation in Malden at a later date, where family and friends will have the opportunity to gather and remember Rickys life and legacy. To plant a beautiful memorial tree in memory of Richard, please visit our Tree Store.
