Talked to my mother tonight and she told me the news. Cindy and I were best friends in elementary school and I will never forget riding my bicycle over to the Bakers' house on Packingham almost every day...and eating Mr. Baker's oyster stew for the first time. It was so good and different from anything I had ever eaten in my life that I can still see the pot it was cooked in over 40 years later! My other memory is of him always smiling. My thoughts and prayers are with you all. What a wonderful man and family!
