1976-2015
Gulfport
Dustin Wayne Stanford, 38, passed away Monday, March 9, 2015 in Gulfport. He loved his family, his wife Kylie, his kids and his dog Liza. He tried to help anybody that he could. He was a cook at the Blow Fly Inn where he loved to work. He was an avid fan of the New Orleans Saints.
He is preceded in death by his mother, Karyn Stanford; his mema, Effie Bergeron; aunt, Debbie Sleesman; cousins, Jennifer and Ethan Brooks.
He is survived by his wife, Kylie Stanford of Gulfport; daughter, Kayla Stanford of Charlotte, NC; son, Aiden Stanford of Charlotte, NC; grandfather, Mike Bergeron of Gulfport; aunts, Tereasa Brooks of Pass Christian and Kimberly Steiner of Gulfport; uncle, Wayne Stanford (Jamie) of Long Beach; cousins, Jami Brooks, Jeremy and Mikey Gingrow, Kevin McCurry, Chad Moes, Karen Moes, Chelsa Seal (Clint) and Cameron; a host of family and friends as well as all his Blow Fly Inn family.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, March 12, 2015 at 4:00 p.m. at RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 11280 Three Rivers Road, Gulfport. A visitation will start at 2:00 p.m. until service time.

Why do terrible things happen to good people? Many people have asked this question when they've lost a loved one ? Many are asking that question today? For some reason it takes a tragedy to slow us down! ...We get so caught up and focused on what we don't have ,that we can't even see to appreciate what we do have, "our lives" ,We still think you left us to soon ! You can rest now bro, you made a mark on many !Today our eyes are open , we can see this reminder that tommorrow isn't promised , we should live and assist our neighbors, do our best to treat others with dignity and respect & as we want to be treated ! We will cherish the moments we have with our loved ones and friends, and be thankful ..
