Evan Easterling Obituary
Master Evan Makae Easterling, 9 years old and a resident of Wiggins, died December 2, 2007 in Wiggins.
Makae was a third-grade student at Stone Elementary School. He was in Cub Scout #18 Den #3 and played soccer for Southern Bone and Joint. He also attended Big Level Baptist Church.
He is survived by his father, Micah S. Easterling of Wiggins; mother, Lorrie M. Bates Easterling of Wiggins; paternal grandparents, Jack Easterling, Mary Frances Carson and husband Doug, all of Wiggins; maternal grandparents, Jimmy Bates and wife Kelly of Lumberton and Glenda Beech and husband John of Wiggins; aunts Jackie Carpenter and Ashley Bates; uncles Allen Aaymond and B.J. Lewis; cousins Owen Gartman, Cameron Carpenter and Riley Lewis; also survived by numerous great aunts, uncles and cousins.
Visitation will be from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. December 5, 2007 at Moore Funeral Home. Services will be at 10 a.m. December 6, 2007 at the Moore Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in Bond Cemetery in Wiggins, Miss.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Big Level Baptist Church Building Fund, 1346 City Bridge Road, Wiggins, MS, 39577.
Moore Funeral Home in Wiggins, Miss., is in charge of arrangements.

My heart is immensely saddened over the loss of your precious child. I can not fathom the intensity of your grief, however, Christ will carry you through the difficult days ahead. He is holding you and your family in the palm of his hand. Every tear that falls he is aware of it. You are not alone. He is close to the brokenhearted and saves those that are crushed in spirit. When you are feeling the extreme grief that we all know you will have, just pause, close your eyes, see Makae's sweet smile, and know that he is being carressed by God's gentle hands.
