James Edward McClain, age 75, of Ocean Springs, MS passed away on Wednesday, May 23, 2018 in Ocean Springs, MS.
Mr. McClain moved to the Gulf Coast in 2004 after he retired from the Ahold International Inc., USA as Director of Human Resources.
Survivors include his wife, Willa McClain; a daughter, Lieutenant Commander Adria R. McClain, USN; and a son, Dr. James W. McClain; one maternal aunt, Ruth Cunningham; several in-laws; cousins; and a host of friends.
He was a member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, enjoyed Baroque music, writing business blogs and the Oakland Raiders games. He served in the US Air Force during the Vietnam era.
A graveside service will be held Friday, June 1 2018 at the Biloxi National Cemetery at 11:00 AM.
