Rhonda Lee Williamson Derenbecker, age 51, passed away peacefully and suddenly on Friday, July 3, 2015 in Chorlotte, North Carolina.

She was a graduate of Our Lady's Academy, Loyola University, and Texas Wesleyan University School of Law.

She was preceded in death by her father, Lee Eugene Williamson, Jr.

She is survived by her mother and stepfather Ann Arras Williamson and Gregory Kothmann Sr. of Bay St. Louis.

Three children: Ryan Gregory Derenbecker of Dallas Texas, FCE Ashley Ann Derenbecker USN, Dahlgren, Virginia and Kyle Matthew Derenbecker of Dallas, Texas. She is also survived by her sister Elizabeth Ann Pichoff (Kevin) of Livingston, Texas, a stepsister, Christy Oubre of Diamondhead, MS and stepbrother, Gregory Kothmann Jr. of Kiln, MS. In addition she leaves behind a number of aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends who remember her as a loving individual. She will be sadly missed.

A private ceremony is planned for Saturday, July 11, 2015 in Bay St. Louis, her hometown as she always refered to it. In lieu of flowers a donation may be made in Rhonda's memory to Hope Haven Children Services, P.O. Box 3777 Bay St. Louis, MS.

I worked with Rhonda on legal projects in the Carolinas, and we were fast friends. I am having a Mass said for her at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church in Alpharetta, Georgia on Oct 20 2015 at Noon. Rhonda will be missed.

I pray that God will watch over all of you and help guide you through this difficult time. Rhonda was a dear sweet friend to me, growing up. I am thankful to have known her and to have shared so many memories.
