Biloxi
Robert "Bobby" Fountain, Sr., 83, of Biloxi, MS passed away Wednesday, March 8, 2017 in Biloxi.
Mr. Fountain was a native and lifelong resident of Biloxi. He was a member of the Fleur de Lis Club, Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church and the B.P.O.E. #606 Elks Lodge in Biloxi. Mr. Fountain was retired from Ingalls Shipbuilding. He was a huge fan of Notre Dame University.
He is preceded in death by his wife, Theresa Toche Fountain; his son, Robert Michael Fountain; his parents, Walter and Winnie Diaz Fountain; his brothers, Walter Fountain and Elwood Fountain; and his sisters, May Grantham Cochran, Claire Mazaro and Margie Fountain.
Mr. Fountain's survivors include his son, Robert A. (Wanda) Fountain, Jr.; his sister, Vera Ann "Beetsey" Randazzo; his brothers, Gerald Fountain and Ronnie Fountain; and his grandchildren, Braxton Fountain, Zack Rhodes, Casey Creel and Kristi Creel.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church on Monday, March 13, 2017 at 10:30 am. Friends may visit from 9:30 am until mass time. Interment will follow at Biloxi City Cemetery.
The Howard Avenue Chapel of Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
