Stacy Lynn Garrett , 41, of Bay St. Louis, MS passed away on Monday, October 22, 2007 in Biloxi, MS. She was born in New Orleans, LA before moving to Bay St. Louis 24 years ago and was a member of the Faith Assembly of God Church in Ocean Springs, MS. Stacy was a loving, caring mother who loved her children, family, and grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her father, Billy Garrett, Sr., brother, Billy Garrett, Jr., grandmother, Esther Layton, & grandchild, Christopher Smith.
She is survived by her children, Thomas Dewayne Smith and Holly Smith both of Kiln, MS, her mother & step-father, Jeannie & Wilton Bernard of Bay St. Louis, fiance, Larry Woods of Moss Point, MS, brothers, Anthony Garrett of Leeksville, Herbert Garrett of IL, sister, Billie Ashe of Picayune, 2 grandchildren, Jayla and Alexa Smith of Kiln, longtime friend, Toby Smith and his parents, Belinda & Charles Smith of Kiln.
The visitation will be on Thursday, October 25, 2007 from 12:00 noon until 2:00 p.m. at Edmond Fahey Funeral Home in Bay St. Louis, MS with a Prayer Service at 2:00 p.m. Interment will follow in Waveland Cemetery in Waveland, MS.
Edmond Fahey Funeral Home in Bay St. Louis, MS is in charge of the arrangements.

I Miss Stacy with all my heart.She was more than a sister-in-law she was a sister to me.Stacy was the best Mother and grandmother in the world.At least now she is pain free.I can picture Stacy sitting in heaven smiling while she is rocking Christopher.One day I will see her again.And what a day that will be.
