Theresa Ann Lowe (Celli) " Judge Judy" born in Salem, MA left this world at Ocean Springs Hospital of cancer surrounded by her family and friends. She loved to cook Italian food for her family and friends, play bingo, go to casinos, watch the New England Patriots, Boston Red Sox and the Saints.

Preceded in death by her father, Francis James Celli and mother, Maria Luisa Celli (Rizzotti).

She leaves to cherish her memories her husband, R.W. (Bob) Lowe; sister, Francis of Ocean Springs; brother, James of Titusville, FL; son, Frank (Wendy) Palmer of Ocean Springs; three other children; two stepchildren; 10 grandchildren; three great grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews, especially niece Belinda of Inverness, FL.

In lieu of flowers the family asks for donations to St. Judes Childrens Cancer Research Hospital in Memphis.

The family wishes to thank the fantastic staff of ward 3E Ocean Springs Hospital. The many nurses and doctors: Hector Dox, Brian Petri, John Mckee, Charles Stanich, Brian Persing who were all involved in her tender loving care. The Hospice of Light was her final comfort givers they were excellent, warm, kind and extremely professional in all aspects of her final care.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, Nov. 5, 2011 with visitation at 1 p.m. and service to begin at 2 p.m. at St. Elizabeth Seton Catholic Church, Ocean Springs. Internment at a later date at Cambridge Catholic Cemetery in Boston, MA. Services entrusted to Hartwell's Christian Mortuary, Gulfport.

Mrs. Theresa was a Great woman! She kept me going ! She always had a Laugh or something to Inspire my life with. You really never know how much a person Impacts your life ! I loved her Like she was my aunt ! She will be truly Missed! Mr. Bob you will be in my prayers If you need anything I am here.
