William Robert Berthold, 86, passed away on Sunday, Jan. 12, 2014 in Robert, La.
Mr. Berthold was a native of New Orleans, La. and had been a long time resident of both Waveland and Millard, Ms.
Over the years Mr. Berthold had worked for Lane Construction Co. in New Orleans, United Cab Co. in New Orleans, and Hancock Bank in Gulfport, Ms.
He was preceded in death by his wife Marilyn Dicomes of Boston, Mass., his parents William and Agnes Berthold of Millard, Ms., his brother Richard Berthold of New Orleans and his sister Clare Berthold of Millard, Ms.
Survivors include his five children Dale LeBlanc and husband, Gary of Robert, La., John Bodin and wife, Mary of Metairie, La., Cindy Price of Houston, Tx., James Berthold of Tarpon Springs, Fl., and William Berthold Jr. of Bay St. Louis, Ms.
Mr. Berthold has ten grandchildren and 16 great grand children whom he adored.
Visitation and Mass will be held on Friday, Jan. 17, 2014 at St. Clare Catholic Church on Beach Rd., Waveland, Ms.
from 11:00am-2:00pm. Internment will follow at Gulf Coast Memorial Cemetery on Longfellow Dr. in Bay St. Louis, Ms.
