Margaret Reynolds Obituary

Margie was born in Los Angeles on 06/03/1938. She graduated from Morningside High School in 1955. She married Vern Reynolds at the age of 18 in Inglewood on 03/09/1957 at Holy Trinity Lutheran Church.
In her free time, she enjoyed playing tennis, softball and volleyball when she was younger and later Bunco and participating in 5k's with her friends.
She and Vern also enjoyed volunteering in their church for over 60 years. Margie loved to do the children's sermon when she would get a chance. She also looked forward to VBS every summer and having all of her grandchildren taking part.
After raising her four sons in Seal Beach, she returned to work as the secretary at Los Alamitos High School. For many years, she was the first person you saw when you entered the main/ principle's office. She was very close with all the principles, assistant principals and staff over the years. She loved her job and everyone at Los Al! She was a Griffin until the end! She retired in December of 2003 with a grand send off from the district. She really missed her job and her coworkers missed her too.
She was the proud grandmother of seven grandchildren and two great grandsons. Grandma would do anything for these children. Every holiday revolved around them, especially Christmas.
Mom was a very compassionate person and was the ultimate believer in unconditional love.
What a great lady!
Rest in peace Grandma
