Dear Adi,
I was appalled to hear about the tragedy this morning. I always admired you. Your laid back style, patience, and extreme positive attitude was a great example to me and to everyone around you. I owe you much more then my commercial rating. I'll never forget you, and I hope to see your contagious smile again someday.
Love and Peace
My deepest condolences to the family

I only knew Adi as a child and havent seen the family since they, as I, left JA. Marjorie however, proudly kept me sufficiently updated about the whole family.
By all accounts he was a fine young man and although it may be no consolation, went doing what he loved to do best.
Tweedsmuir, Sharon, Sanika, Alia, no parent or sibling should have to experience a time such as this and I cannot even imagine what you are feeling. I hope you will take some comfort and strength in the fact that the prayers of many are with you.

Adi ran on my mind 2 weeks ago, I guess it was because I had my son participating in his first swim meet. I have not seen Tweedsmuir, Sharon, Sanicka, Adi and Alia since they left JA. I lived directly in front of them for years.
I can only imagine what you are going through and I am praying and will continue to pray for all of you...I am so sorry

Dear Atkinson Family,
I just want to let you know how sorry I am for your loss. I can remember watching Adi swim for Flanagan High School and winning district Champs. Listening to the stories of how you, Sharon drove him to the airport because he had his pilot's license and not his driver's. Hearing how well his career is going and all the good things in his life, that is what you can be proud of how much good Adi brought into peoples lives and I know he will continue to. It's only natural to ask the question "Why" but just know God has big plans which we don't see right away.
Just remember to surround yourselves with the people who love you and don't be afraid to speak about Adi and all his accomplishments, you may just change someone's life.
My thoughts and prayers are with you.

Dear Atkinson/Smith Family,
I only know of your dear Adi through many fond stories told to me by his devoted Uncle Karl. Karl works with me and I often enjoyed hearing of Adi, Alia and Sanicka’s (forgive my spelling errors) accomplishments. His chest would swell with pride as he smiled and spoke of cherished family times you all shared.
I know from my own personal experiences God can and will give you the strength to endure. Just ask Him. I am praying for your peace. It will be hard and you will never stop missing Adi, but eventually the memories will help to fill the void.
Sharon, I can only imagine your pain of letting go of your child. But, know from one mother to another, I will keep you lifted up in prayer for God to sustain you during this most difficult time of letting the precious life of your son Adi go back to God. I hope you can take comfort in knowing Adi will be with Him always – and will be waiting for you to come be with him one day. Take care of each other. With terms of endearment – May God bless you all and keep you in His bosom. Warmest regards, Robbin D. Floyd-Jones

Adi was such a wonderful young man and also a positive leader. I used to try to convince him to continue with his swimming because he was such a great swimmer, instead, he said that he wanted to pursue his career as a pilot. He loved to fly! He will be greatly missed. My thoughts and prayers are with you all at this most difficult time.
With deepest sympathy,

Dear Adi,
Your departure has left a void that it will be impossible to fill. I cherish every single hour we spent in the air and all the knowledge you shared with me on the ground. You are responsible for the pilot I'm today and every time I take to the air I will take a part of you with me. Godspeed, my friend.
