We were shocked to hear about Alan's passing. We did not know because we were in Boston last week. He was a kind, giving, caring person. He always stopped to say hello or lend a helping hand. Our 95 year old mother always said "Marilyn hit the jackpot, when she married him". We could not have asked for a better next door neighbor. Alan was a special man and he will be truly missed by everyone. Our deepest sympathy to all of you.
