Anita Hoffer Obituary
She emigrated to the US after escaping the Holocaust and a few years in England. Anita was raised by her very loving grandparents in Vineland, NJ.
Anita was an extremely hard worker and worked her way up from the basement to merchandise manager and buyer at Bloomingdale's. She then became a true entrepreneur when building her own promotions business into a hugely successful venture.
Anita had been saved from the Holocaust by the kindertransport and truly found her connection when she became a part of the organization. She served as President of the South Florida chapter of the Kindertransport Association for many years.
Her family and friends will be celebrating Anita's life on Friday, July 16th at 12pm at IJ Morris at Star David of Palm Beaches 9321 Memorial Park Road in Palm Beach Gardens, FL 33412. Shiva to follow at the Hoffer household and again Sunday 2-6pm. Call/text if more details are needed. 917-640-8001
