Dear Massarsky family. Although I live in NC now I still get news from USH. I was so sorry to hear of Barney's passing as I have fond memories of him when I was a child. He was a close friend to our family and a co-founder of USH along with my father Ben Silberberg. Since my father passed away at age 98 a few years ago and my mother is also passed I am sending condolences from our entire family. Sincerely, Roslyn Silberberg Cohen

I am a new member of the United Synagogue of Hoboken. That said, I am inspired to read of Mr. Massarsky's life and contribution to the temple and his family. I can only hope that my own young children, Ethan and Jessica - will grow to have such full lives. My warmest regards and condolences to the Massarsky family.

Will always remember Barney as a fine neighbor and dedicated family man. Wonderful to hear of his longstanding contributions to the various Jewish communities which he served. May his family and friends be comforted.
