We are so sorry. Ms. MacKenzie will forever live in our hearts! Brett played his viola with her for many years at Temple Solel. He will be giving a benefit recital on June 14th for Hadassah (medical center) and he will dedicate a recital piece in her memory .(Schindlers List)

Condolences to the family from the staff and children at Neve Michael Children's Village. We will never forget and always appreciate Carol's tender feelings for our children and her generosity. Carol sponsored children at Neve Michael, carried their pictures in her wallet and loved receiving mail from them. She was truly a special person.

Carol has been our next-door neighbor since we moved here in 2009. She had the unique ability to be the most gentle and generous person while, at the same time, whip you into shape. We never tired of her stories, of hearing the beautiful music coming from her house, or of getting to know one of the most beautiful people I've had the pleasure to know. Although we'll miss you being in the home next door, we know you're enjoying a much better home. Rest in God's Peace, Carol - we loved you very much.

I am 40 years old and if there is one teacher I can remember that made an impression on me it was you Mrs. Mackenzie. You had so much passion for your work with music and children. The world will not be the same without you!
