We knew Charlie from seeing him at Boca Verde
He was good friends with our cousin Rosie Annaian who lived on the same floor at Boca Verde
He was a great neighbor to our cousin and she just loved sharing politics with him as well as other topics. Unfortunately our cousin passed away in February. I hope they meet each other again in heaven.
