Hello, I didn't know your beautiful Mother. And I don't know you. However after reading the Obituary that you wrote, my heart felt so full for you.
I also lost my Mom almost 20 years ago.
You are the most wonderful son anyone could have. Your love for her is beautiful. I wish you and your family a Happy Chanukah and a happy new year.
Wishing for you a fantastic 2020. Sincerely, Ilene Falley- Harrelll

My condolences. There are not many words at a time like this, but we can pour out our hearts to God, whom is a refuge for us.

I saw the picture of this elegant woman and recognized the last name. I do not know you but your name is well known.
My lovely mother passed in July. She was amazing like your mother and was 91. What surprised me the most was how much I miss her. I ended up losing my business when I came to personally care for her. It was suppose to be a short few months but lasted 15 months. I really thought I would go back to try to salvage my business etc It has not been easy. It is a differnt life without her. The saying I love is "Even though she lived a long and fulfilling life, still she left too soon". I hope it comforts you. And know even at older age, losing your Mom is not easy. No sacrifice was too big or small for them for us and so I returned the favor. What a gift.
It is apparent you were a wonderful son.

Steve, your mother's story, and your family history, as told by you, is a lesson in courage and candor. Your respect for her and your father and appreciation of their strengths (and weaknesses) conveyed how good a son you are. Bruce Rogow
