Deep sympathy to Julie and the entire Adams family. I practiced real estate law with Dan at EMO and so much enjoyed his company and legal mind. I can remember sitting with Dan in his office (full of mallard ducks!) and hearing stories about the old days practicing law, the history of land in Broward and other counties and his beginnings as a young lawyer. I could always go to him with a problem (personal or legal) knowing that Dan would always be available. He was a rare breed - a gentleman with a kind soul, a wonderful legal mind, a sense of humor and a professional to the end. We will all miss you Dan.

Dear Julie and Family,
The last time I saw you and Dan was at Promenade in the Park quite a few years ago. I am so sorry for your loss and and my heart aches for you. I have the most wonderful memories of you. When I saw you had been married in 1960 it took me right back to 1962 at Driftwood Junior HIgh School where I had you for Geography...where you caught me cheating in 7th grade and I was so devistated by having disappointed you that I was never even tempted to cheat again throughout my education and my life. You and Dan were at so many of the extra curricular activities and we students thought you were the coolest couple. As I became an adult, I still thought you were the coolest couple and always looked forward to running into you. You both always set such a good example and I still appreciate that. Please know you are in my thoughts, my prayers and my memories.
Love,

My sincere condolences to Julie, Meghan, Cristin and all of Dan's beloved family and friends. I will remember Dan's jovial nature, his kindness and his great sense of humor. He was a joy to practice law with for 19 years, and was a wonderful friend. He was a true gentleman, and an outstanding attorney, valuing diligence, professionalism and honesty above all.
