My very best wishes to the Morse family . My mother and dad , long deceased ,were friends of Alex Morse and Bettye Morse and my sisters and I thought of them as uncle and aunt. Dad bought a used 1959 Impala in 1959 from Ed Morse, and it was a great car. I met Mr. Morse on that occasion. He kindly indulged me at age 11and my facination with cars. Aunt Bettye and Uncle Al were with us that day. Best regards. Ed Urban, Charlotte, North Carolina.

Ed was a wonderful mamn. I worked for him many years ago at Morse Car rental in Miami. I will always remember his smile and kindness. God bless the family and I know that Ed is looking down proudly at all of you.

Having started with the Morse group in 1981 as a young apprentice I had many opportunities to meet Mr. Morse. His great business sense and motto to promote from within has left the oganization many dedicated long term employees. Thank you to the entire family for the guidance to excell in the automotive industry for over 29 years. My thoughts and prayers go out to the Ed Morse family as you grieve the loss of ED MORSE. It was my privilege to work for Ed Morse Chevrolet, Lauderhill in the late 1980's and early 1990's. Ed Morse Chevrolet was by far the best run Chevrolet dealershil in the country. I am forever grateful for that experience. ED Morse may you rest in peace.

To the entire Ed Morse Family, our family is truly sorry for your loss. All of us will miss Ed's charm, energy, courage and wisdom that I know I came away with after 10 years. Truly one of the great men of our time, very few can inspire so many to do what came naturally to him. He told me three things I remember to this day' "we just need to be the best in everything we do", " I'm counting on you to pick up the ball and run with it when somebody else drops it", and right before I left for Springhill.."God gave you two ears and only one mouth, bring back as much knowledge to us as you can."
Great memories from a great man, I hope we all keep him in our hearts until we're lucky enough to see him again.

I worked for the Morse family in 184-88 and again 1992-96, and a great people to work for. I worked with Ted not much with Mr. Morse. I was so sorry to hear of their loss. My prayers go the the entire family. May they find peace in losing their loved one

To all the Morse family, my sincerest sympathy. Mr Morse gave me an opportunity 22 years ago and I could not have asked for a better career to raise and support my family.Ed not only valued his customers but I believe more so his employees. There was never a time that I saw him that he would not ask "Is there anything I can do for you?"

I knew Ed when he lived at The Country Club of Miami during the late 60's to early 70's. He was always so great to me-even offered me a job to come work for him. Ed really enjoyed life. RIP old friend...

I worked for Mr. Morse at Bayview Cadillac in the summer of 1981. He would regularly visit the dealership and talk to us like we were family. He always had a kind word for myself and the other staff. He was a lovely man and a kind gracious soul. He set a great example for me as a man and in business leadership. God bless him and his family.

I was privileged to work for Ed Morse from 1978 to 1980 at Ed Morse Chevrolet in Lauderhill, and have now been working at Ed Morse Delray Toyota for almost 3 years. I have had so much respect for Mr. Morse over the years for all he has accomplished in business, for all the employment opportunities he has given to thousands of people, and for so much that he has given back to the community. Although I didn't see him as often in these later years as I did back in the early days, I will truly miss him.

Ed and his wife would have dinner at Caprio's Italian Restaurant (Delray) 20 years ago on a regular basis. I was a young bartender then, finishing college and preparing to start law school. Ed and his wife were always encouraging, very generous, and the kindest people. Ed was a "good man" who touched many lives in a positive way. I extend my sincere condolences to the family.

I worked for National Car Rental and a lot of people that Ed brought to his company remained when Ed sold the franchise to National. A lot of great people worked there and made National what it was in South Florida, a great place to work!

I can easily go back when Ed Morse had Morse-National Car rental, managed by John Galavin. From there, Mr. Morse encompassed the automotive business with such success that few could follow. My deepest sympathy to the entire family
