Dear Cindy, Jeff, Audrey, Jeff and families; Beth and I wanted to let you know how much we loved your mom and our memories from our teen years at Whitehall are cherished. Every summer when we visited Whitehall while visiting "home" from Phoenix, Hazel made sure she stopped to chat with us for a while to catch up on everything and give us big hugs! We will miss her and our prayers are with you now. God bless all of you!

Dear Cindy, Audrey and families,
Your Mom and I go back a very long time--more than 50 years. She was a good friend, dedicated to her Savior, her family, and her friends. She didn't have an easy life, but managed to keep a positive, upbeat perspective.
I'll especially miss her newsy phone calls--she was my "information line" keeping me current on all my Columbus friends. My last phone call with her was only two weeks ago when we discussed trying to coordinate our spring visits to North Dakota and Minnesota.
She'll surely be missed, but I would not wish her back. She is in a much better place where she can finally rest, worry free, in the arms of our Savior.
May God be with you all.

Paula and I will miss Hazel. She was there with us during our time coming out of Paula's stroke. She was always helpful with the Salvation Army and Volunteers of America. She remembered the kids from Bible schools in the past. She would talk to them about coming back to The Whitehall Church of the Nazarene. Our sympathies to the family members and the church.
