Jacqueline Wolk

1925 - 2018

Wolk, Jacqueline February 24, 1925- February 15, 2018 Jacquie lived her whole life in the center of a loving family and a group of friends she treated just like them. She was still surrounded by that love when she passed away peacefully one week before her 93rd birthday. Her brother Melvin and partner Gail, sons Jeff and Michael, Daughter-in-law Henri , Niece Merri and husband Keith, and grandchildren Gabby and husband Brett, Matt, and Hunter and close friends, Sarah, Molly, and Babette were with her in her final weeks. Jacquie always had more energy than any two people, playing tennis and canasta, swimming and painting as a young working mother, and filling her later years with ceramics, water ballet, ushering, and bridge. In her 80s, Jacquie became a Broward County School Certified Listener, sitting with elementary school children and offering them a warm smile, a kind heart, and a patient ear. Anyone who knew her got the same. Jacquie was predeceased by her husband Stanley and her brothers Seymour and Donald. She is loved and will be missed by her family and her many dear friends from Wynmoor. In lieu of flowers, please consider making a donation to Trustbridge Hospice.
