Jerry and I were roommates in 302b Dewey Hall at UB in the mid 70s. Hearing the news of his passing caused me to recall a lot of good times and great memories. My thoughts go out to Jerry's family and friends. RIP brother

JJ just was the most patient person. He had a great care for the students and families he worked with. Gave great advice and was so glad to see his students succeed. I am sorry I won't be able to update him, as my youngest son just graduated from the University of Alabama with a STEM/MBA and it would not have been possible without JJ's guidance. RIP and shine down from above.

I only met Jerry a few times at family gatherings in Massachusetts. He is my sister-in-laws brother. Each time I was impressed by his joy of life and fun loving attitude. I am saddened that he left this life so early . The memories he left with all who loved him will last forever.

My deepest sympathy on the passing of Jay. We met him about 7 years ago in Coconut Creek. We enjoyed his wit and the talks we all had together. We are going to miss him.

To my most handsome youngest cousin.... I will love and miss you in my life. You never came to San Diego without us meeting up... we spent many hours together as young children, we were first cousins...as we grew up life took us to different states, but yet u always found time to call and make me laugh. I will miss u cuz, but we will meet again. You will always be in my thoughts and heart. You will be missed. I love you ❤ sleep well my dear cousin.

The Miller family from Parkland is eternally grateful to our advisor and friend J. Jay for his thoughtful guidance over a 10-year period with our children (Michael - RPI Masters in Civil Engineering / Brittany - Drexel University MBA / Paul - ASU Masters Real Estate Finance) selecting and navigating their college years. So saddened by the unexpected news. Our condolences to his family and friends. A major loss to us and those seeking his advice and humor.

I always knew Jerry as J.J.... first met in Coconut Creek and reconnected when he became President of A Child is Missing. Susan and I always enjoyed his humor, wit and enthusiastic nature. Our condolences to his loved ones.

I am shocked and saddened by JJ's passing. My sincere condolences to his loved ones. I met JJ playing softball 35 years ago and treated him as a patient ever since. I am very sorry.
