Dr. Latson,
It has almost been a year and I still have no idea how you have maintained the strength and determination to go on...I cannot imagine the pain that you and your family have experienced and you are always in my thoughst and prayers. I just wanted to let you know that there are some who have not forgotten your tragic loss almost a year ago and pray that you keep your son's legacy alive by continuing to be the exceptional individual that you are.
God bless and keep you.

Dr. Latson & Family,
we can never make sense of why bad things happen to good people, Wes was definitely a good person and I met your son at Seminole Community College and we remained friends during our tenure at UCF. May God hold all of your hearts in His hands and comfort you in the days, weeks, months and years to come. God's strength is made perfect in your weakness. God bless you all and you will remain in my prayers. I'll do my part to make sure this does not happen to anyone else.
Yours truly,

Dear Dr. Latson and Family,
I met Wesley about a year ago at your birthday party. We laughed and had a great time and became good friends from there. Although I could say a lot of sympathetic words, I will take a motivational approach. I want to say that all you have to do is stay grounded in the Lord. He has all the answers that you need. The truth is, we will all miss him, some much more than others. But God has ordained everything to be self evident. What is meant to be, will be. So, celebrate his life because although it was not as long as we would have liked for it to be, he served his purpose. We have to concentrate on fulfilling our destinies. Are we truly doing the will of God? This event is a direct example of the fact that no man knows the day nor the hour. So, let's allow the legacy of Wesley's life, to bless our lives and to remind us to give thanks for having another day here on earth.
Love,
Ms. Jessika Timmons

Dear Latson Family,
When I met Wesley at school a few years ago we instantly became friends and had a lot of amibitions and goals in mind that we were to set out to do. He was always there to help me with school and in life in general. He was a great person and is truly missed.
I appreciate the time we were friends and the knowledge and advice that I was able to gain from him.
He will be missed.

Mr. Latson, Dr. Latson, Kendra & Uriel:
Words can not express how truly sorry and sadden I am for your loss. Your son and brother was truly one of a kind. He was sweet, kind, sincere and gentle with a wonderful heart. I remember when he was little Wesley from Middle School to High School who then overnight turned into a stunning fine young mature man. I am significantly blessed to say that I had the opportunity to know and have a friendship with Wesley. You all are and will remain in my prayers.
Love Always!!
