The news of Casey's passing has affected me, like so many others, very deeply. My childhood memories will forever be infused with images of his smile and character. Casey always treated others with the highest degree of respect and friendliness. This never waivered. As others have mentioned, I personally am so grateful to have reconnected with Casey in recent months. I truly am sorry that this beautiful person is longer with us as his presence and heart singlehandedly made this world a better place.
I am so sorry and send my most sincere sympathy to the Powell family. You are and will remain forever in my thoughts. Rest in peace Casey. I am a better person for having had the privilege of being able to call you my friend.
