Kevin Patrick Foudy AKA " Papa" born August 20, 1957 in Queens, New York, passed away unexpectedly July 5, 2010 in his Pompano Beach home. Kevin served in the United States Marine Corps form 1976 to 1978. He devoted his life to Jesus and helping share the Lord's word to others. Kevin made a huge impact touching many as a dedicated sponsor and "friend of Bill W." Kevin had a passion for fishing, sports and most of all, a true love for family. He is survived by his Fiance Laurel, who has been his life companion for over 10 years and grandmother to his grandson Kenny. He is also survived by his beloved son, Shaun and daughter Nicole, his loving mother Ann, sister Joyce, the love of his life who idolized him, his beloved grandson Kenneth Charles, nephew Taylor, nieces Angela & Alana, brother-in-law Terry, daughter in-law Toni and many very special Aunts, Uncle and cousins, all of whom he adored. Kevin will be missed dearly, especially during "coffee time". He was loved by so many and his memory will live on forever in our hearts. Kevin, Thank you for being the best grandfather ever imagined. You and Kenny's bond was indestructible even in death. He will always know his Papa is in the stars that God made (as you always said to Kenny, "God made the stars"). I promise to make sure Kenny grows up knowing how much you loved him and all you did and will continue do for him from Heaven. Now rest in peace, Kevin. You are finally free from your life's battle and are with Jesus. Please know, I will take care of Laurel. This is a difficult time for her but I will make sure she knows we are her family forever and are here for her.
