To St. John Missionary Baptist Church Family, Officers, Ministers and Staff,
Extending my sincere condolences to all of you. Indeed, I mourn along with you. It was a blessing to have Pastor Lance Chaney as that beacon of light for our city. He touched many lives with the love of Jesus that was in his heart. During your period of darkness the light from the Father above will shine in your hearts again.
Your Pastor is in his New Jerusalem, keep the faith and continue to apply those principles to your lives daily.
He was much loved and will be greatly missed not only by me but others as well.
May the loving memories you have of Pastor Lance Chaney bring joy to your hearts.
Keep the faith. God bless!
In Him,
Min. Brenda F. Miller

" I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith: Henceforth there is laid up for me a crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous judge, shall give me at that day: and not to me only, but unto all them also that love his appearing." 2 Timothy 4:7-8
Indeed Pastor Lance Chaney has received his reward.
First Lady Marilene, Alexander, Ashley, Allison, Sis. Rae Chaney and the Chaney Family
Thank you for sharing Pastor Lance Chaney with the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, myself included. He truly had an outstanding personality shaped by God, his life was an example of his teachings.
Pastor Lance Chaney had a REVELANT MINISTRY, in which you all help to establish so that souls may be saved, healed, delivered and set free.
Even though my mere words can not take away the pain you are experiencing, as your Sister in Christ, I trust that my words of Sympathy will help ease your burden.
May God in His Infinite love, mercy and grace sustain and keep you during the many days ahead. God is near and He will give you strength, joy and hope to face each and every day. Be encouraged by these final words of comfort: "But those who hope in the LORD will renew their strength. They shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint." (Isa. 40:31) therefore, continue to put your hope in the LORD, and His unfailing love for you and your family.
Love you dearly,
Min. Brenda F. Miller

"For this we say unto you by the word of the Lord, that we which are alive and remain unto the coming of the Lord shall not prevent them which are asleep. For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first" (1 Thessalonians 4:15-17). Until we meet again...
